Employers must:

Ensure levy balance is sufficient before approval

Pay the TP promptly after HRD approval

Provide accurate participant details

Ensure participants attend all sessions

Submit required internal documents (company profile, EPF contributions, etc.)

Attendance is crucial. HRD Corp may reject claims for participants who fail to attend.

Training Provider Responsibilities

The Training Provider must:

Submit complete applications to HRD Corp

Conduct the programme professionally with certified trainers

Provide HRD Corp–compliant deliverables

Prepare and submit claims accurately

Follow up until HRD Corp releases payment
