Skelling.com – HRD Corp Training Provider (Soft Skills & Team Building)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Skelling.com. By accessing or registering for any training, team-building programme, workshop, or consultancy service provided by Skelling.com (“we”, “our”, “the Provider”), you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms form a binding agreement between the Client (“you”, “the Employer”, “the Participant”) and Skelling.com as a certified HRD Corp Training Provider.

All services offered comply with HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) requirements under the SBL-Khas Scheme, including documentation, trainer qualifications, programme structures, and claim procedures.

2. HRD Corp Compliance

All HRD Corp claimable training must follow the official SBL-Khas procedures, including pre-approval, attendance tracking, assessments, photos, videos, and post-training claim submissions.

Approval of grants is fully under HRD Corp’s discretion. Skelling.com is not responsible for delays, rejections, or amendments requested by HRD Corp.

Employers must ensure the levy balance is sufficient before submitting an application.

Training delivery will only proceed after employer confirmation and HRD Corp pre-approval.

3. Training & Team-Building Program Requirements

Programme content, schedule, trainer allocation, and learning methodology may be adjusted based on participant needs, venue suitability, and HRD Corp compliance.

For team-building programmes, at least 50% indoor and 50% outdoor activities are required if the employer intends to claim under HRD Corp SBL-Khas guidelines.

Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and may be replaced with equivalent indoor sessions without affecting the programme value.

4. Fees, Payments & Invoices

A formal quotation and invoice will be provided before confirmation.

Payment terms will be stated in the invoice; late payments may delay programme delivery or documentation release.

If the training is HRD Corp claimable under SBL-Khas:

The Employer issues payment to Skelling.com only after HRD Corp disburses the approved claim OR according to the agreed policy (Pay & Claim / We Pay All Policy).

Non-claimable programmes require upfront payment before training delivery.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Cancellation or postponement must be made at least 14 working days before the programme date.

Cancellations within 7–14 days may incur administrative charges.

Cancellations within 7 days or failure to attend the training may result in:

50% – 100% cancellation fee depending on venue bookings, trainer arrangements, and third-party charges.

Changes of date are subject to trainer availability, venue booking, and HRD Corp approval (if applicable).

6. Responsibilities of the Employer

Provide accurate participant details for attendance and assessment records.

Ensure venue, equipment, and facilities are suitable for training delivery (projector, sound system, Wi-Fi, tables, etc.).
